ScholarOS collects information that you submit during registration, including name, email address, mobile number, city, qualification, college or organization, experience level, and learning goals.

When you make a paid enrollment, payment processing is handled through Razorpay. We may receive payment status, order ID, payment ID, and verification details required to confirm your enrollment.

We use your information to process registrations, manage program enrollment, send program communication, provide learning support, issue certificates, generate invoices, and respond to support requests.

Payment-related information is used only to create payment orders, verify transactions, update enrollment status, and maintain lawful financial records.

ScholarOS uses Razorpay as a third-party payment gateway. Card, UPI, net banking, wallet, and other payment instrument details are processed by Razorpay under its own security and compliance controls.

ScholarOS does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials on its servers.

We share information only when needed to deliver the program, process payments, comply with law, prevent fraud, or support the platform operations.

We do not sell learner personal information.

We retain registration, enrollment, payment, invoice, and certificate records for as long as needed for program operations, legal compliance, and business record keeping.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, and loss.
