By registering for ScholarOS, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are applying for the Industry Immersion Program in good faith.

Enrollment may be subject to seat availability, eligibility checks, successful payment confirmation, and internal review by the ScholarOS team.

Paid enrollments are processed through Razorpay or another authorized payment gateway shown at checkout.

The program fee, discounts, taxes, and payable amount will be shown before payment. Your enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment verification by the backend system.

ScholarOS may provide live sessions, assignments, projects, mentoring, learning resources, reports, certificates, or dashboard access as part of the program.

Access details may be sent by email, phone, dashboard notification, or another communication channel used by ScholarOS.

Learners must attend sessions responsibly, submit original work, avoid misuse of platform access, and follow reasonable instructions from mentors and administrators.

ScholarOS may restrict access if a learner misuses the platform, shares account access, disrupts sessions, or violates these terms.

Certificates may be issued based on participation, completion status, assignment progress, project submission, or other criteria communicated by ScholarOS.

ScholarOS does not guarantee a job, internship, placement, salary outcome, or third-party opportunity unless stated in a separate written agreement.

ScholarOS may update these terms to reflect program, payment, legal, or operational changes. Updated terms will be published on this page.
