Refund/Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, duplicate payments, failed payments, and refund requests are handled for ScholarOS paid enrollment.
Cancellation Before Confirmation
If payment is not completed or payment verification fails, enrollment is not treated as confirmed. You may retry payment or contact support if an amount was debited.
If a duplicate payment is detected for the same learner and program, ScholarOS will review the transaction records and initiate a refund for the duplicate successful payment where applicable.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are considered only for duplicate payments, payment errors, failed service activation after a successful payment, or cases approved by ScholarOS after review.
Once program access, live sessions, course materials, mentorship, or onboarding services have started, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved as an exception.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact ScholarOS support at info@gracelist.co with your registered name, email address, mobile number, Razorpay payment ID, order ID, payment date, and reason for the request.
Requests without payment reference details may take longer to review.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method used at checkout.
After initiation, the time taken for the amount to reflect depends on Razorpay, the issuing bank, card network, UPI provider, or wallet provider. This commonly takes 5 to 10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Fees may not be refunded for change of mind, non-attendance, missed sessions, failure to complete assignments, incorrect registration details provided by the learner, or inability to participate due to personal scheduling conflicts.
ScholarOS may offer access support, batch guidance, or other reasonable assistance where possible, but this does not automatically create refund eligibility.
Program Changes
If ScholarOS cancels a paid program before delivery begins, eligible learners will be offered a refund or an alternative batch option.
If schedule changes are required due to operational reasons, ScholarOS will communicate the updated schedule through available contact channels.
